Driving eCommerce & Pharma growth strategy for iconic consumer brands in Germany. Proven P&L ownership and Amazon Vendor/Seller Central expertise required. Remote work available once a week.
Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven commercial experience in eCommerce/Online Sales, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, marketplaces, or eRetail environments
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with track record of delivering profitable growth
- Experience in matrix and international environments
- Deep understanding of German retail and eCommerce landscape
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into clear actions
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience leading or building teams at Head-of/Director level
- Exposure to Pharma/OTC channels
- Strong coaching and people-development capabilities
- Eligibility to work in country of application
Aufgaben
- Drive eCommerce & Pharma growth strategy in Germany
- Ensure revenue, profitability, and market share
- Lead Amazon and eRetail initiatives
- Develop and execute customer development plans
- Optimize performance through Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Build and scale new eCommerce partnerships
- Manage marketplaces, pure players, distributors, and key digital accounts
- Oversee full P&L responsibility
- Forecast, price, and optimize trade investment
- Maximize margin through strategic planning
- Develop and execute annual sales plans
- Cover distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Negotiate with key accounts, buyers, and category managers
- Secure annual agreements with customers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management
- Align with local and regional leadership on strategy
- Leverage data and analytics for insights
- Monitor eCommerce KPIs (conversion, traffic, share of search, availability)
