Anforderungen

  • Proven track record in Employer Branding strategy execution
  • Campaign creation, running, and optimization experience
  • Budget responsibility for campaigns
  • Campaign optimization on LinkedIn ideally
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing or similar
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Ability to lead and convince without formal authority
  • Alignment of Global stakeholders
  • Definition of meaningful KPIs
  • Interpretation of performance data
  • Continuous optimization of performance
  • Reliable execution of complex channel/tool/vendor setups
  • Strong IT affinity

  • Build and evolve global Employer Brand framework
  • Lead global Employer Branding and recruiting projects
  • Develop and implement Employer Brand standards and narratives
  • Manage end-to-end LinkedIn Employer Branding campaigns
  • Distribute budgets and own performance outcomes
  • Drive adoption of global channel landscape
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement
  • Co-lead global Employer Branding Community
  • Contribute to Global Recruiting Community
  • Build champions through proactive stakeholder outreach
  • Lead cross-functional Employer Branding initiatives
  • Create and roll out Employer Branding materials
  • Manage agencies and photo/video content
