- Identify big bet growth opportunities
- Guide strategic planning cycles
- Recommend targets, KPIs, brand roles, and budget allocations
- Create long-term category strategies adaptable to regional dynamics
- Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams
- Integrate commercial strategies and market insights
- Ensure alignment with Harman’s enterprise strategy
- Translate global strategies into qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Analyze market forces impacting the category
- Identify and manage category growth opportunities
- Assess attractiveness and attainability of growth opportunities
- Feed growth opportunities into BU roadmap
- Create opportunity blueprint for marketing mix
- Inform brand teams about market enablers and barriers
- Collaborate on brand growth plans and campaigns
- Tailor category strategies to local market conditions
- Represent Marketing in early GTM phases
- Support HTW drafts with category and consumer insights
- Finalize HTM strategy and product pitch decks
- Design recommendation framework for global targets and KPIs
- Co-manage regional marketing investment balance
- Optimize long-term success with regional leaders
- Enable regional GMs and marketing leads to prioritize challenges
- Contribute to annual marketing planning cycles
- Ensure consistent execution of category and portfolio strategies
