Anforderungen

  • Qualified degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
  • 5+ years post-graduate work experience, 3+ years logistics capacity
  • Understanding of Automotive Supply Chain structure and vehicle distribution
  • Pan-European Project Management experience
  • Contract negotiation experience in logistics environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization

Aufgaben

  • Monitor and analyze daily supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with Hyundai Motor Group entities for supply chain capacity
  • Coordinate with manufacturing facilities and markets for vehicle distribution
  • Evaluate logistics performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Guide markets in process improvement plans
  • Drive execution of logistics strategies across Europe
  • Manage external stakeholder partnerships
  • Collect and report operational issues
  • Develop resolution plans to mitigate risks
  • Lead regional logistics and operational strategic planning
  • Manage logistics contracts
  • Develop best practices for regional efficiency
