- Translate customer needs into operational processes
- Implement warehouse software and 3PL onboarding
- Manage systems and workflows for physical products
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Surface and address potential operational risks
- Report daily and weekly performance against goals
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
- Scope production center services for new partners
- Integrate new merchandise into single-SKU workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across continents
- Investigate new program services for brand partners
- Map merchandise flow with production center managers
- Test new processing methods to optimize costs
- Document partner integrations into existing workflows
- Advise business development teams on logistics solutions
- Execute data collection and workflow experimentation
