Aufgaben
- Support daily logistics and operations
- Coordinate shipments to and from EU warehouses
- Organize and maintain information and documents
- Manage shared email inbox
- Prioritize and delegate tasks
- Execute outbound product transfers to EU warehouses
- Execute inbound product transfers from USA to Europe
- Communicate shipping instructions to external vendors
- Request and forward shipping documents
- File documents accurately
- Act as backup for various tasks
- Collaborate with team members
- Maintain data accuracy in Oracle
- Check entries for completeness
- Flag data issues
- Assist with cost and price updates
- Maintain price lists
- Update internal customer master data
