Aufgaben
- Assist in analyzing potential Competition law issues
- Support M&A and Strategy departments with M&A opportunities
- Monitor third-party M&A transactions and liaise with competition authorities
- Respond to questionnaires related to third-party investigations
- Assess financing schemes for new programs from a State aid perspective
- Manage filing procedures for EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation
- Oversee Competition law investigations, pre-litigation, and litigation
- Provide Competition law training for business employees
- Draft Competition law-related documentation and guidelines
