- Defense contract experience (a plus)
- Contract negotiation experience
- Experience working with institutional bodies (MoD, EU, ESA)
- Sharp business and financial acumen
- Solid understanding of competition law principles
- Resilient negotiator
- Autonomous negotiator
- Customer-focused negotiator
- Open-minded negotiator under pressure
- Creative negotiator under pressure
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to simplify complex legal matters
Aufgaben
- Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Propose legal mitigations for informed decision-making
- Lead legal appraisal of tender terms and conditions
- Draft final contracts for tenders
- Defend business interests in procurement contracts
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
- Manage escalation of key legal issues
- Provide legal expertise in Contract Law, IP, GDPR, and Antitrust
- Manage litigations and disputes
