Anforderungen
- Full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments
- Experience in hardware engineering, production engineering, production operations, manufacturing, or product
- Sourcing and placing talent in German market
- Fluency in market-specific sourcing channels
- Track record of building proactive pipelines
- Credible communication with technical candidates and senior leaders
- Talent partner in deeptech, defence, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or robotics sectors
- Management of high volume of concurrent requisitions
- Maintaining rigour, quality, and candidate/stakeholder experience
- Full ownership of pipeline
- Creative search techniques
- Talent mapping
- Requisition qualification with business leaders
- Comfortable with high volume of outreach and screening calls
- Ability and impact
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end hiring for GTM, hardware, production, and non-engineering roles
- Partner with business leaders to design structured hiring processes
- Translate hiring plans into high-quality search processes
- Attract, evaluate, and place exceptional candidates across key business units
- Shape talent acquisition initiatives like market mapping and sourcing strategies
- Improve hiring outcomes through process enhancements
- Use data to inform search strategies and candidate experiences
- Build stakeholder alignment and drive continuous improvements
- Leverage the company's tech stack for efficient and rigorous searches
- Ensure consistency and quality across all search processes
- Build proactive talent pools in the German market
- Contribute sourcing intelligence and best practices to the Talent team
