- Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, or comparable tooling
- Experience building outbound recruitment programmes
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
Aufgaben
- Lead top-of-funnel hiring for Functional Consultant and Project Manager roles
- Own outbound sourcing, qualification, and screening for business-critical hires
- Build high-calibre talent pipelines for immediate and future needs
- Evaluate candidates' consulting experience, ERP/SaaS exposure, motivation, and cultural fit
- Identify core attributes that drive success in implementation roles
- Master modern sourcing and ATS tools like Ashby and Juicebox
- Develop creative sourcing techniques for P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, and technical consulting backgrounds
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences
