- Proven track record of defining strategy and roadmaps for complex technical products
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Practical experience working in agile environments
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca, TBox, or other model-based test automation approaches
- Background in automation for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other large enterprise applications
- Experience applying AI/ML or agentic automation to testing or quality engineering
- Experience with hybrid/on-prem plus cloud products
- Prior experience working in a global, multi-time-zone organisation
Aufgaben
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for TBox and related automation capabilities
- Act as the product lead for agile teams in Vienna
- Define epics and user stories
- Drive delivery from discovery through release
- Balance short-term needs with long-term goals
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and QA to design scalable solutions
- Define TBox's role in Tosca Cloud and Agentic Test Automation
- Partner with platform and identity teams for integration
- Engage with customers and partners to gather automation scenarios
- Translate real-world scenarios into prioritized use cases and requirements
- Track competing automation approaches to maintain TBox's differentiation
- Work with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering on positioning and messaging
- Support go-to-market strategies for key releases
- Create alignment across Tosca Cloud, ATA/AI, and test management solutions
- Mentor and guide other PMs in the automation stack
