- Fluency in English and German
- Completed IT or business degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT architecture, business systems, data integration, or IT management
- Deep knowledge in ERP, BI, eCommerce, and SCM system integrations (SAP, Power BI, Azure, APIs)
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and hybrid system landscapes
- Strategic thinking and operational implementation strength
- Leadership experience and ability to empower interdisciplinary teams
- Negotiation-level English skills
Aufgaben
- Define and implement the IT systems strategy for ERP, BI, eCommerce, and SCM
- Design and lead a unified data and systems architecture for analytics and insights
- Collaborate closely with Finance, SCM, eCommerce, and Executive Management
- Evaluate and implement new tools, integrations, and technologies
- Ensure governance, compliance, and data security across all platforms
- Lead and develop the IT Business Systems team
- Manage project prioritization, resourcing, and execution
- Standardize processes, automation workflows, and documentation
- Foster a data-driven, secure, and agile IT culture
- Oversee core systems (SAP, Power BI, Azure, MS 365) for reliability and scalability
- Manage integration and migration projects for ERP, BI, eCommerce, and SCM
- Initiate digital optimization projects to enhance efficiency and data visibility
