Anforderungen

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in CPG or Toy industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
  • Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national retailer
  • Retail experience at store level or retail planning experience
  • Customer-driven approach and go-getter attitude
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce
  • Demonstrated organization, planning, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations and Excel files
  • Ability to travel and full clean driving license

Aufgaben

  • Develop bi-annual business plans to meet company goals and customer needs
  • Deliver product presentations, business proposals, and ad plans on time
  • Provide customers with necessary information and materials to make decisions
  • Collaborate with the support team to create accurate market forecasts
  • Review actual performance regularly to ensure goals are met and adjust plans
  • Manage customer-specific budgets and update Salesforce accordingly
  • Analyze sell-through data and market intelligence to identify business opportunities
  • Communicate efficiently with customers and provide quick solutions to challenges
  • Work proactively with team members to enhance customer service
  • Provide feedback and coaching to the account management team
  • Understand account business objectives and marketing plans through cross-functional contacts
  • Create innovative sales and marketing-led account plans to boost performance
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities to achieve volume, distribution, and profit targets
  • Maximize account profitability through strategic planning and effective promotional work
  • Collaborate with accounts to align on sales growth objectives
  • Negotiate with senior-level stakeholders to secure long-term supply agreements
  • Oversee retailer forecasting and coordinate with the planning team for stock delivery
  • Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with accounts to ensure preferred supplier status
