- Success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in English and regional language, Italian advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and extensive travel willingness

- Build trusted partnerships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the portfolio
- Analyze patient pathways to identify care barriers
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional account plans
- Align activities with therapeutic area objectives
- Leverage digital tools for stakeholder engagement and tracking
- Drive strategic engagement and business development initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient access
