- Proven experience in commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in FMCG
- University degree or equivalent, ideally in business administration/economics
- Negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build, develop, foster relationships
- Business intuition paired with analytical skills
- Great teammate, focus on total team delivery
- Positive energy, solution-oriented, self-confident, strong team member, committed to development, pro-active, structured working, strong analytical skills
Aufgaben
- Handle assortments, promotional calendars, and budgets
- Prepare and conduct annual negotiations and agreements
- Implement and control agreements in alignment with Trade Terms
- Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Customer Activation
- Implement activations and run promo allocations
- Develop and implement effective sales drives
- Work closely with the field force
- Run and support commercial projects
