- •Skilled in JBP negotiation, forecasting, and budget ownership
- •Analytical mindset with KPI growth and conversion focus
- •Creativity in activating premium brands in digital retail
- •Strong communication skills with cross-functional alignment
- •Results-oriented with pace in matrix environments
- •Teamwork and network-building skills with confidence in ambiguity
- •Fluency in English

- •Lead the Amazon 1P relationship in Germany
- •Drive joint business plans and growth initiatives
- •Manage marketplace investment for the 1P sub-channel
- •Take full P&L accountability for the 1P Marketplace
- •Forecast and plan commercially for the financial plan
- •Report on financial performance and metrics
- •Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing, and RGM squads
- •Unlock incremental revenue and return on investment
- •Analyze metrics to identify trends and improve conversion
- •Test and scale digital marketing and advertising activations
- •Grow traffic, conversion, and brand engagement
- •Inspire cross-functional partners as an e-commerce champion
- •Drive simplicity and impact across the organization
