- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); further language skills a plus
- Willingness to travel (inter-)nationally

- Plan and implement national and international events
- Manage congress and conference events
- Consult clients and stakeholders
- Manage participant registration and invitations
- Liaise with service providers
- Monitor project timelines
- Monitor project budgets
- Prepare and analyze reports for project controlling
- Manage project closure
- Travel to international events
- Provide on-site support to clients and participants
