- Plan and organize events, conferences, and congresses
- Participate in event preparation and implementation
- Research event materials and service providers
- Communicate with international service providers
- Obtain quotes from hotels and restaurants
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare supplier contracts
- Manage participant travel bookings
- Communicate with participants
- Process participant registrations
- Prepare presentations
- Prepare meeting reports
