- Completed business studies (Bachelor or Master) with focus on Accounting/Finance or similar qualification
- First relevant professional experience in accounting team or auditing
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems (especially SAP) advantageous
- Sound knowledge of German commercial law accounting; basic knowledge of IFRS and German tax law desirable
- Experience in documenting processes, work instructions, and accounting matters
- Accuracy, high affinity for numbers, and solution-oriented approach
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills, spoken and written
- Enthusiasm for the role and mission

Aufgaben
- Participate in financial accounting
- Record ongoing business transactions
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts receivable and payable
- Manage collections
- Assist with VAT returns
- Communicate with tax advisors
- Maintain master data in ERP system
- Perform account reconciliations
- Conduct root-cause analyses for discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements
- Support digitalization initiatives in accounting
- Help with internal reports
- Assist in cash management
