You manage various accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and preparing financial reports, while collaborating with the finance team and supporting audit activities.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Accounting or Finance
• •Minimum 1 year accounting experience
• •Understanding of IFRS
• •Fluent in English, German is a plus
• •Professional MS Office skills
• •Excellent analytical skills

Aufgaben

• •Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks.
• •Process journal entries in Dynamics 365.
• •Handle incoming invoices and expense claims.
• •Prepare payment runs and maintain supplier details.
• •Support tax return preparation for VAT.
• •Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• •Compile financial reports for month-end and year-end.
• •Assist with closing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• •Support ad hoc projects and requests.
• •Collaborate with the finance team and other departments.
• •Provide information for auditing activities.
• •Prepare requested documentation for audits.
