You will manage the financial lifecycle of investment funds by handling day-to-day accounting and reporting. Your work ensures accuracy through meticulous reconciliations and process improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 2 years experience in fund accounting, financial accounting, or audit
• •Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or IFRS
• •Commercial or accounting education or professional accounting qualification
• •Structured, solution-oriented working style and analytical skills
• •Very good command of MS Office and Excel
• •Excellent command of English
• •Strong communication skills, teamwork, and independence

Aufgaben

• •Perform day-to-day accounting for closed-end funds
• •Maintain investment ledgers and general ledger accounts
• •Book capital calls, distributions, and management fees
• •Process fund-related expenses and manage accounts payable
• •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• •Execute month-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations
• •Perform cash and investment variance analyses
• •Review transaction documentation and create overview sheets
• •Maintain organized records for all accounting activities
• •Resolve discrepancies and ad hoc financial issues
• •Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting
• •Improve and automate existing accounting processes
