Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity architectures
- Strong understanding of authentication and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos)
- Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust)
- Scripting with PowerShell expected; Python or Microsoft Graph API experience advantageous
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- CompTIA Security+
- Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for cybersecurity and emerging technologies
- Enjoyment of solving complex technical challenges through structured analysis and collaboration
- Comfort working in an international environment and interacting with multiple teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Implement and improve IAM services
- Manage identity lifecycle
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Deploy Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication
- Optimize Conditional Access and passwordless authentication
- Support Privileged Identity Management
- Secure administrative accounts
- Perform access reviews and entitlement recertification
- Support compliance and audit activities
- Integrate enterprise and SaaS applications
- Participate in cloud security projects
- Investigate identity-related incidents
- Analyze Microsoft Defender and SIEM alerts
- Improve detection capabilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments
- Analyze attack paths
- Coordinate remediation with IT teams
- Validate corrective actions
- Automate operational activities
- Contribute to security architecture reviews
- Create technical documentation
- Develop cybersecurity awareness initiatives
