Anforderungen
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering
- Proven Linux system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of Linux internals (boot process, systemd, services, process management)
- Strong knowledge of memory management, OOM behavior, swap, caching
- Extensive OS and kernel patching experience in production/mission-critical systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Linux issues under time-critical conditions
- Strong shell scripting skills (Bash) for automation and operational tasks
- Exposure to virtualization/container technologies (VMware vSphere, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Familiarity with automation or monitoring tools (Ansible, CheckMK) is advantageous

- Ensure high availability and security of Linux systems
- Operate and maintain Linux platforms
- Optimize Linux systems for performance
- Patch OS and kernel with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot complex Linux issues
- Analyze CPU, memory, disk I/O, and networking issues
- Handle production incidents and implement fixes
- Develop and maintain automation scripts
- Collaborate with application, storage, and network teams
- Maintain system documentation and runbooks
