- Ensure market alignment with global guidelines and timelines
- Track market readiness and guide local teams through launch phases
- Coordinate launch preparations and ensure smooth execution
- Manage equipment and supply chain for in-store execution
- Identify and mitigate operational risks for scalable rollout
- Support markets in resolving operational challenges post-launch
- Develop and maintain global operational toolkits and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements
- Work with Legal and Procurement on contracts and approvals
- Establish processes for scalable and compliant execution
- Act as central contact for local market teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange
- Align with Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain
- Foster effective communication between HQ, regions, and local markets
- Drive continuous optimization of partnership implementation
