- Strong, sociable presence
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent English skills
- Knowledge of other languages (preferably German) advantageous
- Skilled in PowerPoint for presentations
- Skilled in Excel for analyses
- Motivated to win new business
- Open to frequent travel
Aufgaben
- Map key stakeholders and structures of global Tier 1 accounts
- Build strong relationships with main franchise groups
- Form global partnership agreements
- Negotiate programs to boost Red Bull’s distribution and sales
- Manage customer P&Ls
- Ensure consistent investment strategies
- Track performance to close potential gaps
- Create best-in-class cases to strengthen global strategy
- Leverage network to connect key customer stakeholders
- Support top markets in forming local partnership agreements
- Align with global segment strategy
- Share best-in-class examples to outperform competitors
- Lead by example in strategic importance of QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro partners
- Work closely with Global Finance to align and develop customer P&Ls
- Collaborate with Global Legal on NDAs and contracts
- Partner with Global On-Premise Trade Marketing to create joint business plans
- Work with Regional and Local Red Bull teams to deliver partnership programs
- Track and report business development progress with Global and Local Business Applications teams
