- Draft intranet posts and prepare slide decks
- Structure key messages for different stakeholder groups
- Collect and organize data for surveys and KPIs
- Conduct basic data analyses
- Support report and presentation creation
- Research best practices in employer branding
- Develop concepts, templates, and training materials
- Draft change management concepts
- Coordinate and document meetings
- Follow up on open tasks with stakeholders
