- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Collaborate with the GenAI team to design chatbot solutions
- Develop and deploy chatbot solutions using Azure technologies
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in integrating chatbots with existing systems
- Conduct testing and debugging of chatbot applications
- Stay updated on advancements in AI and chatbot technologies
- Document development processes and project progress
