- Experience fine-tuning LLMs
- Proficiency in Python
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit
- Excellent command of English
- German proficiency
Aufgaben
- Contribute to client-facing projects and internal AI initiatives
- Design scalable GenAI solutions for complex business challenges
- Ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing processes
- Work with cutting-edge LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Maintain thorough documentation
- Leverage Python, Databricks, and agentic frameworks
- Design multimodal agentic systems to streamline workflows
- Deploy AI models on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Support data integration using knowledge graphs
- Develop customized Small Language Models through fine-tuning
- Support C-level strategy consulting on Generative AI
- Translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Present findings to stakeholders and clients
