Aufgaben
- Plan, coordinate, and organize finance and accounting.
- Control cross-company costs.
- Improve efficiency by developing suitable systems.
- Manage the accounting department professionally and disciplinarily.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure financial statements comply with UGB and US-GAAP.
- Review subsidiary monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Ensure proper financial communication with HQ and International.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to Badger Meter.
- Develop and oversee the budget planning process.
- Analyze and implement activities to increase financial efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and planning.
- Collaborate on financial and tax law projects.
- Prepare and coordinate tax returns with external consultants.
- Prepare and coordinate external financial audits.
- Incorporate audit recommendations and conclusions.
- Implement, improve, and monitor internal control procedures.
