In this role, you will lead the accounting team while ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing processes, collaborating with external partners, and supporting various departments with financial expertise.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in a commercial field
• •Several years of professional experience in finance department, especially in preparing annual financial statements according to national (UGB, OR) and international (IFRS) accounting regulations
• •Solid knowledge of tax law for Austria and Switzerland
• •Ability to analyze complex relationships and communicate them clearly
• •Very good communication skills and enjoyment of working as an interface within the company
• •Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Lead the accounting team both technically and disciplinarily
• •Develop and motivate team members
• •Serve as the main contact for all departments regarding financial inquiries
• •Prepare financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS
• •Ensure the quality and timeliness of financial reports
• •Drive continuous optimization of departmental processes
• •Monitor tax planning and liquidity processes
• •Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• •Collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• •Represent the company during audits
