Inside Sales - Cell and Molecular Research: Customer Operations & E commerce Specialist (Consumables)(m/w/x)
Managing B2B e-commerce operations, price implementation, and order fulfillment for scientific consumables. Customer operations experience in consumables, pricing knowledge, and German/English skills essential. Focus on Agilent online store and electronic catalogue administration.
Anforderungen
- Experience in customer operations/order management within a consumables business
- Working knowledge of pricing (implementation, change control, negotiation basics, impact analysis)
- Familiarity with B2B e-procurement and online store workflows

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Fluency with CRM/ERP tools and spreadsheets

Aufgaben
- Support price implementation by applying increases and negotiating with data-driven rationale
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for B2B connections and the online store
- Track Agilent online store requests and resolve online shop issues
- Administer the electronic catalogue
- Follow up on delivery schedules, partial shipments, and backorders
- Keep customers informed about delivery timelines
- Communicate backorder statuses and set expectations
- Clear orders for booking by assisting customers with catalogue numbers and price discrepancies
- Drive inbound sales activities to meet objectives
- Collaborate with field and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Prepare and manage accurate quotations aligned with pricing and contract terms
