In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing security and compliance across the organization, collaborating with various stakeholders and managing documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve driving initiatives to improve security posture and supporting compliance reviews.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of security and compliance experience
• •Proven track record in documentation, security, and compliance controls
• •Experience in materializing requirements in documentation and execution
• •Strong methodological, conceptual, and analytical skills
• •High competency in multi-tasking
• •Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •Accustomed to working in an international and global virtual matrix organization
• •Result-driven, self-motivation, persistence, and willingness to work under pressure
• •Ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders
• •Cultural awareness and ability to influence without formal authority
• •Commitment to maintaining daily office presence for team collaboration

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with the Sovereign Cloud RISO
• •Manage documentation for compliance and security execution
• •Oversee initiatives with the Security and Engineering team to enhance security and compliance posture
• •Ensure CAPA remediation
• •Support the Portfolio Management Process in security and compliance reviews
• •Produce relevant KPIs
• •Prepare management content for the RISO
