- Self-starter, organized, and results-oriented personality
- 3-5 years experience in sales support or related roles
- Degree in Computer Science, Law, or related discipline
Aufgaben
- Communicate the company's security and compliance approach
- Build and maintain customer trust
- Enable the Customer Success organization
- Participate in security and compliance contract discussions
- Drive alignment across internal departments
- Identify and assess regulatory requirements
- Advise on implementing industry-specific regulatory measures
- Improve processes for supporting financial services customers
- Provide feedback on security patterns and threats
- Develop knowledge of regional compliance obligations
- Support regional security and compliance governance
- Report on customer commitments and KPIs
- Highlight security risks to senior management
