Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of experience in IAM, IT administration, or IT security
- Practical experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA
- Understanding of RBAC and TBAC access control models
- Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle processes
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in complex collaborative matrix environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants
Aufgaben
- Coordinate user account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Modify roles and access rights across systems
- Follow IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner, Leaver, Mover, Changer)
- Conduct regular access reviews
- Enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP)
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
- Maintain PAM documentation
- Create operating procedures
- Develop training materials
- Support IAM standards development
- Support IAM procedures development
- Provide guidance to users
- Support internal audit activities
- Support external audit activities
- Investigate identity-related incidents
- Triage identity-related incidents
- Escalate identity-related incidents
- Offer technical support for access issues
- Deliver user training on IAM processes
- Deliver user training on IAM tools
