- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Tiering
- Strong knowledge of PKI with Active Directory Certificate Services
- Strong knowledge of ADFS preferably in large-scale environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID
- Good understanding of IaaS
- Good understanding of Network Security
- Multiyear experience in customer-facing IT role
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in written English
- Fluency in verbal English
- Fluency in written German
- Fluency in verbal German
- Strong knowledge on MIM preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies
- Certification with Microsoft technologies
- Familiarity with Entra ID
- Familiarity with Sentinel
- Familiarity with Defender
- Certification with Entra ID

Aufgaben
- Drive intent, enablement, and usage of Microsoft Identity and Security Solutions
- Resolve issues blocking customer success projects
- Articulate complex customer concepts to various audiences
- Demo complex customer concepts to various audiences
- Present complex customer concepts to various audiences
- Serve as Microsoft Identity and Security subject matter expert
- Design customer solutions
- Lead presentations
- Lead demonstrations
- Lead design thinking workshops
