In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for managers and employees on HR matters, offering guidance on labor law and promoting a positive workplace culture while supporting recruitment and health initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in Human Resources or commercial qualification with additional HR certification
• •Several years of experience in HR, ideally in international manufacturing
• •Solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law
• •Experience working with works councils
• •Strong communication skills
• •Initiative and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• •Empathy and decision-making ability
• •Enjoyment of teamwork
• •Very good German and English skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR matters
• •Advise managers on labor law, HR management, and organizational topics
• •Collaborate with employee representatives and internal stakeholders
• •Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• •Contribute to the development of HR processes and the introduction of new tools
• •Support recruitment processes for non-desk workers
• •Promote a positive corporate culture and assist with transformation processes
• •Implement and support occupational reintegration management and health promotion measures
• •Organize and carry out operational HR activities
