Aufgaben
- Define and evolve SRE strategy aligned with business priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets for governance and decision-making
- Own key reliability KPIs including availability, latency, MTTR, and error-budget burn rates
- Translate business risk and customer impact into technical reliability priorities
- Drive continuous improvements in resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Ensure strong observability standards for rapid incident detection and resolution
- Champion automation-first mindset to reduce manual work and enforce blameless postmortems
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Platform, and Security teams to design fault-tolerant, scalable, cloud-native systems
- Embed reliability as a core product feature while ensuring cost-efficient investments
- Provide leadership to Site Reliability Engineering teams
- Build a high-performing, psychologically safe learning culture
- Develop career paths, skills frameworks, and coaching models up to senior and principal levels
