Aufgaben
- Build and lead the new NGS department
- Recruit and grow the specialized team
- Foster a productive and innovative environment
- Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments
- Design and optimize NGS-based diagnostic solutions
- Develop products from concept to market readiness
- Ensure compliance with IVDR and ISO 13485
- Collaborate with quality management on regulatory goals
- Coordinate with product management and production teams
- Support clinical studies and technical validations
- Represent the department at scientific conferences
- Cultivate collaborations with clinics and industry leaders
