- Oversee investment controlling, including budgeting and profitability calculations
- Represent the lead center's interests within FST controlling
- Coordinate planning and budget processes
- Maintain the KPI system to control the lead center
- Signal target deviations early and develop countermeasures
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on business management issues
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory regulations
