Anforderungen

  • Fully qualified lawyer (First/Second State Examination)
  • Outstanding expertise in employment and labor law
  • Certified Specialist Lawyer in Employment Law (advantageous)
  • International legal study or practical experience (advantageous)
  • Several years of experience in labor relations
  • Experience in industrial or technically driven environment (ideally)
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Proven effectiveness in complex, multicultural, unionized settings
  • Balancing business performance with social-partnership responsibility
  • Deep expertise in employment and collective labor law
  • Strong command of governance, policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Outstanding negotiation capabilities
  • Outstanding consultation capabilities
  • National and European negotiation/consultation experience
  • Experience with EWF processes
  • Analytical leadership style
  • Integrity-driven leadership style
  • Clear communication
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • German language skills (business proficient)
  • English language skills (business proficient)

Aufgaben

  • Drive stakeholder alignment with works councils, trade unions, and senior leaders
  • Provide overarching guidance on cross-country labor and collective law
  • Lead the Labor Relations strategy for the region, aligning with global governance
  • Coordinate governance and consultation procedures for the European Works Forum
  • Advise on transformation, consultation, and negotiation matters, especially German labor law
  • Direct restructuring workstreams and collective negotiations, including legal and financial assessments
  • Lead Labor Relations aspects in Mergers and Acquisitions, including due diligence and employee transfer
  • Manage high-stake Labor Relations communication, ensuring clarity and stakeholder alignment
