Aufgaben

• •Advise on and implement HR and health and safety policies
• •Manage grievances, disputes, and workplace investigations
• •Liaise with unions, works councils, and employee representatives
• •Guide restructuring and change management processes
• •Identify and mitigate HR process compliance risks
• •Ensure adherence to employment laws and company standards
• •Collaborate with legal advisors and data privacy officers
• •Train staff on conflict resolution and workplace ethics
• •Analyze employee relations trends and prepare management reports
• •Maintain confidential records of cases and actions
• •Support HR compliance reviews and audits
• •Communicate effectively with employees and management
• •Build trust and credibility with staff and leadership
• •Mediate and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly
