- Equivalent experience in consulting or enterprise software implementation at Tier1-company
- Engineering degree (CS or equivalent technical discipline)
- Background in Automotive, Defense, or Manufacturing
- Strong working command of SQL, Python, and enterprise software architecture
- Proven track record with large enterprise customers and complex projects
- Fluent German and English
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate
- Ambition to build a billion-dollar company
Aufgaben
- Run end-to-end delivery
- Implement and configure solutions
- Manage the delivery team
- Develop and apply delivery methodology
- Ensure customer outcomes and support commercial expansion
- Own the customer journey from deployment to expansion
- Ensure scalability across all deployments
- Account for the enterprise customer portfolio
- Focus on expansion as the primary success metric
- Maintain high quality and speed in delivery
- Build delivery playbooks and architecture
- Establish operating cadence between Delivery, Product, and Engineering
- Embed carbmee deeply in large enterprises
- Recruit a world-class delivery team
- Report directly to a founder
- Influence product direction and GTM strategy
