Aufgaben
- Deliver timely, high-quality platform deployments.
- Lead end-to-end data onboarding.
- Assess data onboarding feasibility and completeness.
- Conduct data onboarding risk assessments.
- Resolve data onboarding issues.
- Support customer training and kickoff sessions.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Build scalable onboarding frameworks.
- Implement internal tooling and automation for frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Address workflow problems and product issues.
- Inform product improvements.
- Partner with Sales as a technical expert.
- Join prospect conversations.
- Explain platform capabilities to prospects.
- Answer technical questions.
- Assess implementation feasibility and risks.
- Mentor team members.
- Elevate analytical and operational standards.
