Aufgaben
- Lead the Account and Key Account Management team
- Drive account retention and growth
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Manage the pipeline for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales
- Optimize the handover process from deal to partnership
- Refine processes and customer relationship tools
- Hire and develop high-performing Account Managers
- Coach team members to increase platform and payments adoption
- Maintain clear communication with the sales team
- Ensure setup checklists and customer handovers are completed
- Identify market opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Develop solutions to grow the existing customer base
- Ensure the team exceeds monthly MRR and KPI targets
- Analyze sales forecasts, call volumes, and pipelines
- Listen to calls and provide feedback to the team
- Create strategies to grow revenue streams
- Manage high-level deals with large organizations and brands
