- Guide scalable sales operations processes for efficiency
- Continuously improve sales processes with peers
- Oversee pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
- Establish KPIs and dashboards aligned with market goals
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to enhance sales workflows
- Ensure Salesforce data integrity for operational efficiency
- Build and scale the DACH sales team with performance metrics
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent
- Foster a high-energy office culture through coaching
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
