- Strong executive communication skills
- Ability to translate technical complexity to business language
- Experience managing relationships with technology vendors
- Experience managing relationships with system integrators

- Define and lead the AI roadmap
- Collaborate with C-level executives
- Build and lead a high-performing AI function
- Define and own Group AI strategy, roadmap, and governance
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Ensure alignment with risk appetite
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI platforms
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of large language models
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of data solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
- Translate use cases into prioritized initiatives
- Develop internal AI talent
- Manage strategic AI partnerships
- Manage AI vendor relationships
- Establish MLOps standards
- Define model lifecycle practices
- Implement AI quality assurance processes
- Drive Group-wide AI literacy
- Enable stakeholders to understand and adopt AI solutions
- Represent AI in governance bodies
- Report AI progress, risks, and ROI to leadership
