Anforderungen
- Higher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance
- Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams
- Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions such as CRM, CBS, KYC, Data Platforms
- Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning
- Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI
- Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
- Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders
- Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Full professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad

- Lead business development in AI and Data for the Romandie region
- Prepare client proposals and drive strategic initiatives
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients
- Focus on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and data engineering
- Implement impactful solutions for CRM, ERP, CBS, KYC, and Data Platforms
- Resolve clients' data challenges with scalable applications
- Lead project teams to deliver robust technical solutions
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor younger colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Conduct training and build a Data & AI knowledge base
- Collaborate with local and international EY teams for high-impact solutions
