Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong performance and growth marketing experience, scaling paid acquisition across major platforms (Google Ads), web and app
  • Experience managing/scaling Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of SEO and ASO fundamentals for growth strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with growth KPIs, attribution models, performance metrics, and large datasets
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools (plus)
  • Experience with campaign automation, testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, cross-functional work, stakeholder alignment

Aufgaben

  • Own growth and commercial success for a defined market or region
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale effective growth levers
  • Focus on paid acquisition across web and app
  • Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies
  • Manage paid search (SEM) campaigns
  • Optimize paid app channels (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns)
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer marketing
  • Strategize and optimize SEO and ASO
  • Drive disciplined, sustainable user and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define and execute growth strategies for the market
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and optimization
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities
  • Translate global playbooks into locally relevant initiatives
  • Partner with local agencies and internal teams
  • Test hypotheses and refine localization
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer performance
  • Onboard and evaluate partner performance
  • Optimize ROI for affiliate and influencer programs
  • Build strong relationships with Growth, Expansion, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Navigate differing perspectives and align on priorities
  • Communicate recommendations clearly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure accurate attribution and measurement
  • Generate insights and inform decision-making
