- Experience managing/scaling Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing programs
- Working knowledge of SEO and ASO fundamentals for growth strategy
- Strong analytical skills with growth KPIs, attribution models, performance metrics, and large datasets
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools (plus)
- Experience with campaign automation, testing, and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, cross-functional work, stakeholder alignment
Aufgaben
- Own growth and commercial success for a defined market or region
- Identify, prioritize, and scale effective growth levers
- Focus on paid acquisition across web and app
- Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies
- Manage paid search (SEM) campaigns
- Optimize paid app channels (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns)
- Oversee affiliate and influencer marketing
- Strategize and optimize SEO and ASO
- Drive disciplined, sustainable user and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Define and execute growth strategies for the market
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and optimization
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities
- Translate global playbooks into locally relevant initiatives
- Partner with local agencies and internal teams
- Test hypotheses and refine localization
- Oversee affiliate and influencer performance
- Onboard and evaluate partner performance
- Optimize ROI for affiliate and influencer programs
- Build strong relationships with Growth, Expansion, Product, and Analytics teams
- Navigate differing perspectives and align on priorities
- Communicate recommendations clearly in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accurate attribution and measurement
- Generate insights and inform decision-making
