Aufgaben
- Drive profitable user growth
- Meet and exceed CPI and CPA targets
- Allocate budgets across publishers and traffic sources
- Optimize campaigns daily based on KPIs
- Shift budgets to top-performing sources
- Identify and scale winning channels
- Cut underperforming spend quickly
- Build strong relationships with publishers
- Negotiate placements, volumes, and pricing
- Push partners for performance improvements
- Test new traffic sources continuously
- Unlock scale in challenging areas
- Analyze performance deeply (cohorts, LTV, retention, events)
- Work with MMP data (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Understand attribution and incrementality
- Translate data into clear optimization actions
- Iterate quickly
- Align campaign strategy with client goals
- Provide clear performance insights and recommendations
- Be accountable for results
- Maximize ROAS and post-install performance
- Ensure efficient budget allocation
- Achieve scalable campaign growth
- Maintain consistent performance improvement
