- Implement SAP Ariba and Business Network
- Harmonize, optimize, and automate processes
- Integrate webshop and catalog solutions
- Identify automation and efficiency improvements
- Structure and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Manage demand intake and escalation processes
- Serve as interface between Procurement, Business, and IT
- Collaborate with Procurement, Category Management, and stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication across functions and regions
- Lead or support procurement projects
- Ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Support global rollouts and hypercare
- Define and manage procurement KPIs
- Ensure data consistency and transparency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop training concepts and materials
- Support and enable Key Users
